Let’s get to know each other

Hi, I’m Samantha 🤗

I’m 34, a Gold Coast mum to Freya (4½) and Hamilton (20 months), and partner to Jarrod. We’re slowly renovating our family home, and when I’m not chasing my kids, you’ll usually find me with coffee in hand, eating chocolate, working, or moving my body in a way that feels good.

I live with CPTSD, ADHD, high-functioning anxiety, and lupus - but I don’t let those labels define me. Instead, they remind me to listen to my body and honour what it needs. People often ask, “How do you stay so positive through everything you’ve been through?” The truth is, I don’t always know… but I’ve always lived by this: I’ll never let a mean person make me mean, or a bad situation ruin my whole life.

Motherhood hasn’t been “Insta-perfect” for me. I know postpartum depression, infertility, mum guilt, and messy houses. I know what it’s like to lose yourself in the chaos. After my second baby, I fell into a deep hole… angry, exhausted, and overwhelmed. My house, my clothes, my work, my whole being felt worthless. But little by little, I found my way back. I unfollowed what dragged me down, leaned into systems that supported me, and rediscovered self-care.

Now, I feel like “me 2.0” - calmer, wiser, more resilient. And I have this deep calling to help other mums feel like themselves again, too. This is a safe place for you to land, reset, and know you’re not alone.
